Fish Exchange是生姜丝排名靠前的餐馆，主打海鲜，性价比也不错。海鲜拼盘43刀，有超大扇贝、三大块不同种类、做法也不同的鱼肉，一只龙虾尾、一串烤虾，外加一大盘沙拉，反正我一个人是绝对吃不完！鱼和薯条才16刀，又厚又大的两块鱼肉，比Jungle Jim还便宜。前菜有一道叫Shanghai calamari，就是炸鱿鱼圈加了少许糖醋汁[允悲]不过味道不错。
